The content of the project is mainly divided into environmental protection volunteer database management, environmental protection volunteer coordination work, 2020 Taiwan Lantern Festival, environmental protection volunteer team evaluation work, performance environmental protection volunteer team recognition meeting, environmental protection volunteer group contest and environmental education learning- Air box and other seven major items, to promote the spirit of voluntary service, detailed work items, please refer to Table 2-1 work item implementation instructions.
In order to implement the integration and management of the basic information of environmental protection volunteers in this city, and to log in to the Volunteer Service Information System of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to effectively grasp the basic information of environmental protection volunteers and their service hours; in addition, to enable environmental protection volunteers to query relevant information in real time Event information, so this project provides the most real-time information distribution channel through regular environmental protection volunteer database and dedicated web page update and maintenance.
Using the benign competition method of the evaluation and recognition mechanism, an evaluation team organized by experts and scholars selects a team of volunteers that implement environmental protection and has unique characteristics. Based on the results, the Taichung City Performance Environmental Protection Volunteer Team Recognition Conference will be held.
The Taichung Lantern Festival is a major event of the year (109). In response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention period, epidemic prevention measures have been implemented. Environmental volunteers are also one of the indispensable and important roles in the light district, helping to maintain the service capacity of the light district and delivering the beauty of brilliance.
In order to cultivate the public’s awareness of environmental protection and air quality, air boxes were installed in environmental protection volunteer teams, inner offices, schools, kindergartens, libraries, cleaning teams, and environmental education facilities. During the installation period, air boxes were installed in district offices, The community activity center and others hold air box briefings to promote the spirit of environmental protection voluntary service in Taichung City and the public's attention to environmental quality.
